Membership
is free to those people aged 55 and above that live in Older Active
People's area, which includes Burley, Hyde Park, Little Woodhouse, Headingley and
parts of Kirkstall (see map below). To become a member please contact us by
phone (274 9154), or alternatively call in at our office in the Cardigan Centre
(145 -149 Cardigan Road, Leeds LS6 1LJ). If
you have difficulties visiting the office then we can arrange to visit

Some of our
members also volunteer with OAP and we are particularly keen to recruit
local older people as volunteers. For details as to how you become a
