For the
period April 2006 – March 2007, thirteen funders (listed below), provided
over £119,000 to ensure the continued work of OAP. In addition, OAP
raised over £17,000 from the provision of activities.
OAP's main
funder remains Leeds City Council (£69,834), comprising of
funding from the Adult Social Care Department, the Inner North West Area
Committee and grants from local councillors. OAP’s intergenerational
work has been secured until April 2009, with funding
from the Balance Foundation and the Inner North West Area
Committee. In April 2006, OAP received 3 years funding from the Big Lottery
to develop the diversity of OAP’s
work.
